FILM: A Zest for Life: Afro-Peruvian Rhythms, a Source of Latin Jazz
Afro-Peruvian music and dance are exciting and colorful-real crowd pleasers. We’re presenting a release party/screening of the one-hour documentary "A Zest for Life": Afro-Peruvian Rhythms, a Source of Latin Jazz, combined with a live performance by the group “De Rompe y Raja” (featured in the documentary). And, for the brave of heart, we’ll give a free lesson in Afro- Peruvian zapateo.
