Students will be guided through asana (postures), breathing techniques, and meditation designed to rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit.

Benefit from increased focus, reduced stress, increased strength, flexibility and balance, injury prevention, and pain reduction.

Perfect for students of all levels interested in deepening mind-body awareness!

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and props if you have them. All are welcome! Invite your friends! See you Tuesday!

About your instructor: Pamela Perry

Pamela is a long-time supporter of La Peña and was once a member of the La Peña Community Choir!  Her teaching style combines over 25 years of experience as a yoga practitioner with in-depth training in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic applications of yoga postures, breathing, and meditation. She has been teaching public classes in vinyasa flow yoga since 2012 and therapeutic classes since 2013.  This year she will be completing her training to become an IAYT-certified yoga therapist. It is with great love and enthusiasm that she is bringing the rejuvenating effects of yoga to the La Peña community.
