About your instructor: Jordanna completed her 200-hour teacher training in Raja Yoga with the Niroga Institute, a style of yoga that emphasizes the benefits of meditation for spiritual self-realization and the purposeful evolution of consciousness. Her classes offer a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment which emphasize yoga techniques to increase self-awareness and regulation.
