Ya está muy cerca el 48avo aniversario del golpe de Estado del 11 de septiembre de 1973 en Chile. Para conmemorarlo, este año realizaremos un Memorial en persona y virtual que honra la conexión que existe entre décadas de resistencia histórica y la lucha actual liderada por las generaciones jóvenes que están construyendo en Chile una sociedad más justa. ¡Ven a compartir un evento gratuito e íntimo lleno de música, arte, comida, memoria y amistad!

El evento incluirá:

Música chilena y latinoamericana en vivo, sopaipillas, bebidas, pintura en vivo de un mural de Los Pobres Artistas, una exposición de archivo histórico y una instalación artística / velatorio en recuerdo de quienes ya no están con nosotros.

Nos reuniremos de manera segura afuera de La Peña, y para quienes no puedan asistir en persona, habrá una transmisión en vivo disponible en nuestro canal de Youtube. ¡El enlace para eso se compartirá pronto!

The 48th anniversary of the September 11, 1973 coup in Chile is very close. To commemorate it, this year we will hold an in-person and virtual Memorial that honors the connection between decades of historical resistance and the current struggle led by young generations who are building a more just society in Chile. Come share a free and intimate event filled with music, art, food, memory, and friendship!

The event will include:

Live Chilean and Latin American music, sopaipillas (chilean snacks), drinks, live painting of a mural by Los Pobres Artistas, a historical archive exhibition, and an artistic installation / candlelight vigil in memory of those who are no longer with us.

We will meet safely outside La Peña, and for those who cannot attend in person, there will be a live streaming available on our YouTube channel. The link for that will be shared soon!
