Transforming Schools & Communities through Mindfulness

Seeds of Awareness presents their 1st Annual Symposium that explores how Mindfulness can transform and enrich the lives of young people, educators, mental health professionals, parents and anyone working within the community.
A full day of expert speakers and panelists to:
-Explore how mindfulness decreases stress and anxiety.
-Learn trauma-informed practices and techniques for teaching mindfulness to children.
-Discuss the importance of social and emotional learning (SEL) in the school environment.
-Have fun experiencing movement, play, and connection through somatic awareness.
-Leave feeling inspired and with tools to implement these practices with children.
We’ll be enriched by amazing speakers who are leaders in the community and in the field of Mindfulness in Education and Mental Health:
